Israeli Defense Minister says he ordered to hit Tehran

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz has announced that he has given the order to strike Tehran in response to Iran’s violation of the ceasefire.

According to Report, citing Israeli media, Katz made the following statement:

“In light of Iran’s blatant violation of the ceasefire declared by the US president, and the launch of rockets toward Israel, as well as in line with the Israeli government’s policy to respond decisively to any violation, I have instructed the Israel Defense Forces, in coordination with the Prime Minister, to continue intensive strikes on Tehran,” Katz stated.

Earlier, the IDF reported that Iran had launched rockets toward Israeli territory, breaching the ceasefire. It was also reported that the Israeli Air Force is conducting interception operations and intends to “strike where necessary to neutralize the threat.”
